These Terms regulate your use of the Crystalvillaridge website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort serve adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photographic ID on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaches gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged anytime with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Crystalvillaridge or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not liable for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
